Sunnie Irene Anderson

Sunnie Irene Anderson of Westminster and Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on Friday, Mar 6, 2026. 

Sunnie was born on February 14, 1946 to Eva Leone and Harry David Fisher in Burnaby, British Columbia. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved to serve her community with a smile.

Sunnie is survived by, daughter Stephanie (Scott) Happ, son Kevin (Laura) Anderson, ten grandchildren and one great grandson. As well as her sisters, nieces and nephews in Washington State. Preceded in death by her husband, William Dale Anderson.

A memorial will be held in early June. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mercy’s Gate in El Paso County, Colorado Springs, CO.

Sunnie will be deeply missed by family,  friends and all who knew and loved her. Her love and faith shaped generations of family. Proverbs 31:28 “Her children rise up and call her blessed.”
