Rory Arlen Ehalt

It is with deep sorrow we announced Rory Arlen Ehalt age 70 passed away August 12, 2026 in Thornton, Colorado

A native of Denver Colorado he was the son of the late Donald Ehalt. He is survived by his mother, Arlene Ehalt siblings, Chris and Dawn Ehalt. His wife Kay Ehalt, three daughters Laura Carpenter, Stephanie Ehalt, Nicole Woodson, and three granddaughters Joray, Hayden, Evelyn.

Rory proudly completed 22 years of military service in the United States Navy followed by a 40-year career with the United States Postal Service.

Rory‘s passion was both photography, with culinary dedication to mastering grilling. Rory leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and a profound love for his family. Known for his wit, laughter, and unwavering support, he will live in our hearts forever.

Rory will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
