Of Westminster, Colorado passed away on June 27th, 2026 at the age of 70. She was born on October 13, 1955 to Melvin Humphrey and Lurlene Morrissey Humphrey in San Diego, California. Victoria was the middle child of three: her siblings Mark Humphrey resides in Wyoming, and her sister, Kimberly Noe who preceded her in death.

While serving in the Air Force, Vicki scored higher than all the men and women in the Air Force’s Electronics School, taught navigation, and married Richard Marcus Whitfield. Soon before ending her marriage, Vicki brought her angel, Courtney Whitfield, into the world. From then on, Vicki dedicated her life to Courtney giving her the best life possible. Together they loved to travel, build memories with family and friends, help those in need, and volunteer for Easter Seals, Special Olympics and local animal shelters. Family, blood or not, was everything to Vicki; she ensured everyone in her life knew they were loved and special. She was an animal lover always surrounded by her cats and donating to shelters to help the ones she couldn’t take home. In addition to being charitable, Vicki loved books, capturing memories, and playing games. Vicki was a fierce mother, friend, and advocate with a heart of gold and the mind of a genius.
