Preceded in death by siblings, Kathy Puffinberger(White) and Charles Dixon. Survived by children, Mandi Martin(White), Denise White and Dwayne White; Grandchildren, Jerry Upchurch and Curtis Upchurch Jr.; great-grandchildren, Aubrella Upchurch, Octavius Upchurch, Amara Upchurch; siblings, Carolyn Raya(White), Marylou Reynold(Dixon), John Dixon, Tim Dixon and Kevin Dixon,
