Nicholas (Nick) DiPetro Jr.

Nick DiPetro, 91, of Wheat Ridge, CO passed away surrounded by the abiding love of the family he treasured. A man of deep faith, devotion, humor, and steadfast character, Nick lived with faith and family always at the center of his life.

Nick was preceded in death by his beloved wife Janet DiPetro and his brother, John DiPetro, and his sister, Carmella Lontin. He was the devoted father of Nickie (Randy) Jensen and Michael (Gayle) DiPetro, was the proud Papa of Ryan Jensen, Eric (Jane) Jensen, Cory (Cristine) Jensen, Danny (Katie) DiPetro and David (Lindsey) DiPetro. He was the cherished Great Grandfather (Papa Nick) of Mylee, Ryder, Meadow, Sloane, Charleigh, Mabel, Kennedy and Brady. He was the brother-in-law of Joe Lontin, and uncle of Judy Petrillo and Rick (Prisca) Petrillo.

Nick will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his love of family, his remarkable work ethic, and incredible quick wit. He brought warmth and laughter to those around him, was outgoing and quick to make friends.

He expressed his love in a multitude of ways, but one simple question he asked became a familiar end to every conversation, "Is everyone okay?" this was the hallmark of his expression of love.

We are all okay! Papa, and your faith, love, strength and laughter will remain with us always. We will see you again and our love will go on forever.
