David "Dave" Frederick Larson, age 87, passed away on June 29, 2026. He was born on September 25, 1938, to the late Leonard C. and Ruth Leonard Larson in Hartford, CT.

Throughout his life, he was a driven serial entrepreneur, a passionate gardener, and an active member of the JEFFCO AeroModlers, where he loved flying remote-control model airplanes. He has one great grandchild, Margot Mayorga.

Dave will be cremated and will be placed to rest at 9:30am on July 24, 2026, at Fort Logan National Cemetery. A service celebrating his life with family and close friends will be held at 10:30am at Pinehurst Country Club following his burial service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the South Metro Professional Firefighters Foundation at www.smpff.org.
