Carol Ann Toplak

Toplak, Carol Ann, 80 , of Pittsburgh , PA passed away on November 26, 2018 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in South Pasadena, Florida . She was born on February 21, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Sophia (Burkhart ) Schael . She was an Administrative Assistant to the head of Nursing Western Psychological Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Carol is survived by her husband Frank L. Toplak and a loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at E. James Reese Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday December 9, 2018 at 2:00PM with Rev. Robert Swick officiating. Interment will take place at a later date back in Pittsburgh, PA.
