Eleanor Joy Allen

Eleanor Joy Allen, 89, of Largo, passed away on Friday July 31, 2015 in Clearwater, FL. She was born on June 17, 1926 to Robert and Lillis (Adams) Haulter at Jeffersonville, IN. Eleanor worked as a Lab Tech in the medical field for a number of years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David G. Allen and her son, David G. Allen II. Eleanor is survived by her Daughter-in-law, Sharon S. Allen of Largo, FL.; two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and the rest of her extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, 6:30 pm at the E. James Reese Funeral Home and Crematory, Seminole, FL, with Pastor Gary Marrs, officiating. Interment will take place at Bay Pines National Cemetery next to her late husband.
