Erlene Louise Ramsey

Erlene Louise Ramsey91, of Seminole Florida, past April 28, 2021, with her loving son Chuck by her side. Erlene was born August 2, 1929, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Earl and Faye Wheeler. She attended East High School in Kansas City, with her high school sweetheart and husband of 66 years Charles B Ramsey Jr. Erlene worked in banking and retail sales at Independence Missouri, having all the fun interacting with customers! In 1968 she and Chuck moved to St. Petersburg Florida in with their children Carla Faye and Charles III. In St. Pete she had fun working at Sears, while fully involved in her kid's schools. She enjoyed the beach and swimming pools, but never learned to swim! Spending time with her grandkids Chase, Marc, Reece, and Andrea was what she loved most! They were her pride and joys, just ask anyone that spent time with her in conversion! In later years she and Charles Jr, spent time attending and volunteering at Faith Community Church in Seminole Florida. She is survived by her children Carla and Chuck and their spouses, Joe Creegan and Viviane Ramsey; her grandchildren Charles B Ramsey IV, Marc Edwards, Reece Ramsey and Andrea Ramsey, and her niece Cindy McNulty. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles B Ramsey Jr. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 12pm-1pm with funeral service at 1pm; both at E. James Reese Funeral Home.
