Sandra S. Foster

Foster, Sandra Wyborney, 79, of Seminole passed away February 14, 2021. She was born February 23, 1941 in Waterloo, IA to Wesley and Deloris Siglin Wyborney. Sandra graduated from West High School in 1959 and married Jack Charles Foster on June 12, 1959. Jack’s service in the Navy landed them in Stockton, CA. together they had two children, Kimberly Dawn Foster, who passed away as an infant and Lisa Lynn Foster. Sandra moved to Seminole in 1999 after she and Jack retired. In addition to her membership at Seminole Presbyterian Church, Sandra was ordained an Elder in 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Giddens; Granddaughter Nichole Marie Giddens; siblings Jacklyn Louise Wyborney Rodden, Penelope Jo Wyborney Harris, Charles Wesley Wyborney and Douglas Alan Wyborney. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jack; daughter, Kimberly; sister Roxanne Francis Wyborney and brother, Jeffrey Morris Wyborney. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bay Pines Hospice, the DAV Auxiliary, MS Society or Seminole Presbyterian Church. A committal service will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 12:30pm at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
