Faith was an important part of her life; she served on the planning committee for Christ Renews His Parish and was a daily attendee at Mass at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. She was also deeply involved in her community and philanthropic work, serving for many years in P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization), where she supported its mission of advancing educational opportunities for women.
