Cynthia Dee Almand born on March 30, 1940 in Unadilla, Georgia passed away on January 28, 2026 in Palm Bay, Florida surrounded by loved ones.

She went to Mainland Senior High School in Dayton Beach, Florida and graduated in June 1958. Cynthia married her High School sweetheart Jackson Williebough Almand III on August 22, 1959 in Daytona Beach, Florida. They moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1960 to raise their family. 

Cynthia worked in the Medical Field at Holmes Regional Hospital, in Melbourne, while her husband worked for an electrical company, FPL. She retired in 2019. 

Cynthia is survived by her daughter Julie (Lee) Williams, grandsons Joshua Williams, Brandon (Brittni) Rhoads, Matthew Almand, Donny Troup and granddaughter McKenzie Almand, great grandchildren Kayden Williams, Liam Rhoads, and Adalynn Rhoads.

Pre-decease by her husband Jack, daughter Sheri, son Rodney, and Mother Earlene Roddenberry. 

Cynthia was a devoted member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life. Her faith, family, and friends were the greatest blessings in her life. Cynthia was very crafty and enjoyed sewing, knitting, painting, and baking. She is now with her Holy Savior Jesus Christ for eternal life. 

Celebration of Life will be at 2385 Harlock Road, Melbourne, FL on February 21, 2026 at 1PM.
