Dawn A. Slater-Romines

Dawn A. Slater-Romines, a cherished resident of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 24, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on October 3, 1946, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late John Ingram and Wilma Dunning.

Dawn spent her professional career in the retail industry, where she served as a Receiving Manager. Her dedication and commitment to her work were evident to all who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Dawn married Russell and shared a life with love and companionship; her son, George Kerwood (Ann); grandchildren Ryan, Elisabeth, and Melissa; great-granddaughter, Elie; stepsons, Corey and Tony Romines; and siblings, Kathy, Debbie, and James. Her commitment to her family was central to her life, providing a foundation of strength and warmth for those she held dear.

Throughout her years in Palm Bay, Dawn was known and loved by those around her. Her presence in the community was a testament to her dedication to her family and friends.

Dawn's legacy will continue to live through the memories shared by those she touched with her life. She leaves behind a community and family who will forever cherish her memory.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 950 Malabar Rd. SE., Palm Bay, Florida.
