In Loving Memory of

Joyce Theresa Martin, affectionately known to friends and family as “Tracy,” passed away on February 8, 2026 at the age of 64.

A resident of Palm Bay, Fl, Tracy was a woman of deep loyalty and love for her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth R Martin Sr., with whom she shared many years of devotion before his passing in 2011, and devoted mother of Kenneth R. Martin, Jr.

Tracy was born to the late John J. and Anna R. Kane. She now joins them in eternal rest, along with her dear sister, Sheryl R. Neumann (née Kane).

Tracy is survived by her loving sisters: Kimberly A. Kane, Lori A. Kane (Robert Glanzman), and Jaclyn R. Kane. Tracy also leaves behind her brother-in-law, Dieter H. Neumann Jr. (widower of Sheryl), and a cherished generation of nieces and nephews: Earl B. Marquett Jr., Dieter H. Neumann III, Darby R. Neumann, and Cole T. Pinto, as well as great niece and nephews.

For many years, Tracy shared her life with her lifelong best friend and roommate, Terese Copping (DiSilvio), whose friendship was a cornerstone of her daily life. Tracy’s warmth, familiar presence, generous spirit and dedication to those she loved will be deeply missed. She will continue to live forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
