Stuart Cameron Apsey

Stuart Cameron Apsey, 59, passed away on May 3, 2026.

Stuart was born on October 18, 1966, in Providence, Rhode Island. He spent the early part of his life in Binghamton, New York, before moving to Florida, where he lived for many years. Stuart worked in construction, a profession that reflected his strong work ethic and hands-on nature, for much of his life and was known by family and friends for his loyalty, sense of humor, and kind heart. He had a remarkable ability to form deep and lasting friendships, and many of those friends became like family to him. Known for his humor, generosity, and dependable nature, Stuart was someone people could always count on for a laugh, a helping hand, or a sincere conversation.

Stuart is survived by his mother, Carol Sakevich; his brother, Robert Apsey, and wife Linda Apsey; his sisters, Karen Jordan and Amy Santos; along with many extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Apsey.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
