Anne Marie Watkins
Feb 19, 1963 — Jun 30, 2026
Anne Marie, lovingly known to many as Anne or Charlie, passed away surrounded by the love of those who meant the most to her. While her family mourns the loss of an extraordinary woman, they also celebrate a life lived with passion, strength, humor, and an unwavering love for others.
Anne Marie was truly one of a kind. She had an infectious personality and a remarkable ability to make everyone she met feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether someone had known her for years or only a few moments, she welcomed them with warmth, charisma, and genuine kindness. Her confidence, unmistakable spirit, and larger-than-life presence left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Above all else, Anne Marie loved fiercely. She was a devoted wife, mother, family member, and friend whose greatest joy came from caring for the people she loved. She is survived by her beloved husband, Michael; her children, Athena Persilla Deltano, Philip Scott Horton II and Christopher Michael Watkins; along with many extended family members, dear friends, and all whose lives were touched by her generosity and love.
Despite standing only 4 feet 10 inches tall, Anne Marie possessed a presence that filled every room she entered. Her family lovingly remembers that even after her daughter grew much taller than she was, one look from "Mom" was all it took to command attention. Her famous "mom look" became a symbol of the strength, love, and respect she carried with her throughout her life.
Anne Marie's legacy is not measured by the years she lived but by the love she shared. She taught those around her the importance of resilience, authenticity, and loving others without reservation. She showed her family what it means to sacrifice, to persevere, and to always make the people you love feel important.
She will be remembered every Christmas cookie baked, every Patriots game watched, every UFC fight night shared with loved ones, and every time someone gives a knowing "mom look" that brings a room into line. Her spirit lives on through the traditions she created, the lessons she taught, and the countless lives she touched.
Though words cannot fully express the loss felt by those who loved her, her family finds comfort in knowing that love does not end with death. Anne Marie's memory will continue to live on through every story shared, every laugh remembered, and every act of kindness inspired by the remarkable woman she was.
She was deeply loved, and she will be profoundly missed—always.
