Khoi "To" Dinh

Khoi Huynh Dinh, lovingly known as "To," passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 55 at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. Born in Tay Ninh, Vietnam, on May 26, 1970, Khoi immigrated to the United States in 1980 at the age of 10, arriving in St. Petersburg, Florida, alongside his mother and two older brothers from Saigon.

  Khoi is survived by his devoted mother, Phuonglan Hoang, and his loving brothers, Danny Dinh and Tony Dinh, along with their families. A long-time resident of Largo, Khoi was employed at WTSP 10 Tampa Bay, where he was a valued member of the team. Known for his independence, resourcefulness, and kind heart, Khoi was always the first to lend a hand to anyone in need. He had a deep love for the simple joys in life — riding his bicycle, fishing, and playing video games. He was also an animal lover and shared a close bond with his beloved dog, Jake, a loyal companion for many years. Khoi’s warm, positive spirit and charming personality will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
