Edward Stanley Czyzewski

Czyzewski, Edward Stanley, 88, of St. Petersburg, FL died Thursday Feb. 9, 2006 at home. Born in Chicago, IL, he moved to St. Petersburg in 1967 from Northbrook, IL. He was a Research Chemical Engineer with Jim Walter Research in St. Petersburg and retired after 36 years of service. He was a member, Lector and Usher for 38 years at St. Raphael?s Catholic Church, where he also served on the Parish Council and was a Past President of the Men?s Club. He was Treasurer of the Boy Scout and Cub Scout Troop #219 for 32 years. He was a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He loved woodworking, reading, crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Loretta; a daughter, Elizabeth White, St. Petersburg; a son, Thaddeus, Palm Harbor, FL; a sister, Stephanie Dumser, Cherry Hill, NJ; and two grandsons.
