Grace J. Dodd, 59, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL. She was born in Everett, MA and moved to St. Petersburg in 1988 from Revere, MA. She was a homemaker and catholic. She is survived by two sons, Rocco J. Festa, Jr. of Revere, MA, Dwayne E. Festa of Las Vegas, NV; two daughters, Diane Fogerty and Tammy Fogerty both of St. Petersburg; her parents, Victor and Sadie Pennell of Rochester, NH; one brother, Joseph W.
