Harry W. Collins

Collins, Harry W. Jr. 92, of St. Petersburg, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2009. Upon retirement from Indiana, Harry moved to St. Petersburg where he enjoyed playing golf and working part time in the Sunset, C.C. Pro-Shop and at Derby Lane. He is survived by his son, Robert W. Collins and his wife, Judy; daughter, Bonnie J. Collins; granddaughter, Dawn R. Jackson; and great-grandchildren, Alexandra and Tyler Jackson. Harry was preceded in death by the love of his life Marion L. Collins, on Aug. 18, 2008. Harry and Marion were faithful and active members of NE Presbyterian Church. They spent many summers in the mountains of North Carolina with their children. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff in the PCU unit of Edward H. White Hospital for their loving kindness and compassion. A celebration of Harry's life will be 4:00 PM Saturday, March 28, 2009 at NE Presbyterian Church, 4400-Shore Acres Blvd. NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33703.
