Lois W. Connell
Oct 27, 1930 — Feb 19, 2005
Connell, Lois W., 74, died Saturday February 19, 2005. She was a lifetime resident of St. Petersburg. She worked in the family business as an Esthetician at J. Con Salon & Spa. She was of the Protestant faith. There are not words to describe Lois W. Connell that would be fitting because she was so much to so many. She was one of God?s greatest representatives who shared His Love with everyone she touched. Mom lived life here on earth as though there was no tomorrow, but never hesitated to let everyone know she never feared death because it meant she would see Jesus. Mom was always so involved with people she referred to as ?Honey.? To have met this beautifully spirited lady was to have met one of God?s angels who will be truly missed. Her laughter, her touch, her hugs and kisses will be forever in our hearts. She considered it a blessing to donate not only financially but to give of herself in service and in time. Time spent with Mom was time spent in Joy. In her passing, we will rejoice even though the pain of loss is with each of us who loved her. Just know those who accept Jesus Christ into their hearts, will see her in Eternity. She is survived by her daughter: Wanda C. Sullivan of Clearwater; 3 sons: James A. ?Jim? Connell of Clearwater, John R. Connell and Joseph L. ?Joe? Connell, both of St. Petersburg; 4 sisters: Marlynn M. Crutchfield of Osteen, FL, Marian J. Lawson and Violet F. Carpenter both of St. Petersburg, Frances R. Ellinwood of Sun City, FL; 3 brothers: Eugene C. Ellinwood and Robert M. Ellinwood, both of St. Petersburg, and Frank L. Ellinwood of Bradenton, FL; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers-NE St. Petersburg Chapel.
