Fabrizio, Patricia M. ?Pat,? 63, of Plant City, died Wednesday August 16, 2006 at Tampa General Hospital. Born in Central City, PA, she moved to Plant City in 1995 from Hyattsville, MD. She was an office manager for W. L. Gary, Co. in Washington, DC and retired after fifteen years of service. She was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her husband, Samuel A.?Sam;? two sons: Thomas A. ?Tom? Fabrizio, St. Petersburg; and Timothy A. ?Tim? Fabrizio, Way Cross, GA; and three grandchildren.
