Russell Harvey Worley

Russell "Russ" Harvey Worley of Oldsmar, FL, passed away on August 2, 2026. Born on March 20, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio, Russ brought light and laughter into every room he entered during his 72 years.

He was cherished by his devoted wife, Louisa Worley, his cherished daughter, Heather Barrucci, and his brother, Thomas Worley. He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Worley, and his mother, Veronica Worley.

Russell started his own business called Live Oak Landscape & Lawn Services where he worked alongside his wife for 40 years. He was proud of being self employed and of the business he built.

One of Russ’s greatest joys was spending time with his family. He spent countless hours working on his classic truck and never missed an opportunity to watch his favorite sports. Russ’s greatest joys radiated around the holidays. Halloween and Christmas transformed into magical seasons under his careful touch. He delighted in crafting displays that brought the local children and neighbors together.

You can’t recall Russ without remembering the spark of his quick wit and the inimitable sense of humor. Russ’s legacy is defined by his love, humor, and the countless lives he touched. He will always be loved and so dearly missed by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Celebration of Life service to honor Russ will be held on August 22, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Anderson McQueen Funeral Homes, 2201 Dr M.L.K. Jr St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704. All who knew Russ are invited to attend and share their memories.
