Cloud, Ruth Moberg, 89, of St. Petersburg, died Friday August 27, 2004 at St. Mark Village Health Center in Palm Harbor. Born in Norway, she came here in 1955 from Cleveland, OH. She served as a Sergeant in the U. S. Army during WWII. She was an Assistant Chief Operator at the Ohio Bell Telephone where she worked for 13 years. She worked for the Florida State Employment Agency and retired as an Area Training Instructor for the Gulf Coast of Florida. She was a member and officer of the American Association of University Women and the American Society of Training Directors. She was a member and volunteer for the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and the National Park Service in North Carolina. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Survivors include a daughter, Bunny Zimmerman, Seminole; a son, William D. Cloud, Tallahassee; five grandchildren; Mark Chancey, Tampa; Matthew Chancey, St. Petersburg; Dana Chancey Orsini, Irving, TX; Robert William Cloud, Tallahassee; and Aimee Niccole Cloud-Crego, Cairo, GA; great-grandchildren: Emory Belle Chancey, St. Petersburg; Adrienne Elizabeth Ulrich, Irving, TX;, Trinity Niccole Crego and Cole Franklin Crego, both of Cairo, GA; and Alexis Cloud, and Jade Cloud both of Tallahassee.
