Valancia Frazier

Mrs. Valancia Ann Frazier, was born September 6, 1953 in Tampa, Florida to Christine Paige Smith. Valancia departed this earthly life on Monday August 3rd, 2026 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

At an early age Valancia attended public schools in Tampa FL, and later in St Petersburg FL.

Valancia was a graduate of Gibbs High School (Class of 72). She excelled in academics and sports where she was a member of the track team. Later in life she was employed at Bay Pines VA Medical Center where she worked as a Admin for 30 years until the day she retired from the company.

She was preceded in death by one brother Joseph Smith, two sisters Carolyn Mobley, Cora Smith.

Loved ones left to cherish her memories are; her daughter, Niquandra Frazier of St. Petersburg FL; her son; Terrence Frazier of St. Petersburg FL; four sisters Francis Smith, Deborah Smith, Lawanda Smith Carter, Pamala Smith; all of St. Petersburg FL; with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends left to cherish her memories.
