Bernard Moses

Bernard Paul Moses was born on January 20, 1964 and Reposed on January 23, 2017. Bernard was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. As a child Bernard served as an altar boy at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church. He attended Amphi High School where he played football. Bernard worked as a landscaper, which he enjoyed very much. Particularly, he enjoyed designing the landscaping. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed boating, fishing and jet skiing in the Puget Sound. He also was handy at the bar-b-que. He was married in Washington State in 1997. Bernard is survived by three sons: Christopher (30), Jonathon (28), and Tyler (17), all living in Washington State; by his parents Paul and Valerie Moses; and by his younger sisters, Mabel and Muna, and his younger brother, Tarek. For the past fourteen years Bernard lived in Tucson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Holy Resurrection Building Fund at the address below. There will be visitation from 6:30 to 7:30 PM and a Trisagion Service at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Holy Resurrection Antiochian Orthodox Church, 5910 E. 5th Street. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at 10:30 AM at the church with burial to follow in East Lawn Cemetery.
