Cecilia Garcia Banuelos Aka “Sunny” and “Sheila” July 17, 1940 – July 4, 2014 A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt passed from this life on July 4, 2014 in Tucson, Arizona. Known to many as “Sunny” and “Sheila” for her enchanting spirit and compassionate personality who touched many lives. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Banuelos; daughters, Rhonda Banuelos, Dayna Desiree Evers and her husband Eric Evers; granddaughter, Isabella Evers; son, Jon Banuelos; niece (adopted daughter), Antonia Sanchez. Sunny was born in Brawley, California. She spent most of her life in California and moved to Tucson in 1998. She was a real estate agent in both California and Arizona. Sunny was actively involved in her community and served as a board member on various charitable organizations. All of those who got the honor to have met her know her true giving nature. She was a very unique and talented lady. She shared with us her warm and kind nature and exceptional creativity, especially with her unforgettable culinary skills…better than a restaurant. We thank her for all that she has given to us and the world. We will carry her loving spirit in our hearts to continue to give back in our own way to make the world a better place as she has taught us to do so. In honor of you Sunny, we miss you dearly and thank you for not only touching our lives, but countless others throughout your life.
