Celia Enriquez

Celia Enriquez, 79, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014. She was born to the late Luis and Altagracia Enriquez on Monday, October 21, 1935 in Bacerac, Sonora. She grew up with her two brothers, Francisco Enriquez and Luis Enriquez and her three sisters, Rosa Enriquez, Maria Enriquez and Juana Enriquez. She never went to middle school, high school or college, and as an adult she lived as a nun for 20 years in San Diego before returning to Mexico and marrying her late husband, Manuel Bermudez on Tuesday, March 5, 1974. She was quiet, intelligent and serious about her family and her faith, and she will be remembered most for always putting others before herself. She is survived by her sister, Juana Enriquez, her daughter, Maribel Bermudez, her son-in-law, Derek Kisich and her three grand-children: Jesus Bermudez, Irais Bermudez and Francisco Bermudez. She will be forever missed and she will always have a special place in our hearts. We love you mom!
