Charlotte Ann Weltjen, 67, passed away on Oct. 23 in Tucson, Arizona.
She was born January 6, 1950, in Sumter County to the late Henry Lee Green and Claudia Hair Walker.
She is survived by her two sons, Jeremy (Michelle) Carlson of Gilbert, Az., and Samuel (Joneen) Weltjen of Tucson, Az.; and 3 grandchildren
Memorial service will be Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Angel Valley Funeral Home, in Tucson, Arizona
