George Martin Fellner Jr
George Fellner Jr., beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 22nd at the age of 76. George was born on May 23rd, 1948, in Superior, Wisconsin, to Lillian and George Fellner Sr. At the age of three, his family relocated to Tucson, Arizona, where he would spend the remainder of his life. He graduated from Tucson High School in 1966 and, shortly afterward, married the love of his life, Christine, in March of 1969. Together, they shared 46 wonderful years of marriage until her passing in 2015. In his younger years, George was an avid bowler and a proud, active member of the Elks Lodge. Upon graduating from high school, he began working in the family ice business and eventually acquired the company from his parents, continuing the legacy with pride and dedication. George was preceded in death by his parents, George Sr. and Lillian, his beloved wife Christine, and his brother, Richard. He is survived by his three children, Rob, Andrea, and Nikki (Scott), and his four grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Drew, and Blake, who brought him endless joy and whom he adored deeply. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mandy Albright for the love and care she gave George over the past seven years. Her compassion and dedication meant the world to him and to all of us, and she became part of our family. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th, at 2:00 PM, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and Scott. George will be remembered for his quiet strength, his unwavering love for family, and his quick wit. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
