He worked for the City of Tucson in the Parks and Recreation Department all of his adult life and retired on August 28, 1999. Jose R. Cuestas is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cleo Cuestas three daughters: Patricia James, Joann De Tocci, Maria Saenz , his son: Jose F. Cuestas and 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
