Joseph R. Fimbres
August 23, 1931- January 19, 2018
Joseph R. Fimbres of Tucson, Arizona passed away peacefully Jan. 19, 2018 and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was born August 23, 1931. Joseph is survived by his wife of 65 years, Cecilia. He is also survived by two children, Carolyn and Paul, and one grandchild, Michael. He has one surviving brother, Fernando, (his wife Elsa), and many nieces and nephews.
Joseph graduated from Tucson High School in 1950. He was proud of his military service in the United States Army.
He retired from Pacific Fruit Express Railroad where he worked for 39 years. It was rewarding and meaningful to him.
Joseph enjoyed spending time with his family for any family event. Throughout his life, many of us were touched by his generosity and ability to fix just about anything. You are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Fairmont Assisted Living, and Harmony Hospice.
