Maria Elena Noperi

Maria Elena Noperi passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on September 27, 1936, she lived a long life rooted in love for her family and deep pride in her hometown.

Maria was especially proud of her town and family in Cabullona, Sonora, Mexico, a place that remained closely tied to her heart. She also took great joy in her family’s generations, and was proud of her 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Her life was marked by that devotion, and her love will continue to be felt through the many lives she helped shape.

She was preceded in death by 4 of her children, Cecilia, Claudio, Octavio and Francisco Noperi. She is survived by her other 6 children, Hipolito, Armando, Sonia, Cesar, Roxanne, and Orlando Noperi. Through them, and through her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Maria’s legacy of family pride and enduring love lives on.

Maria will be remembered with affection and gratitude by those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to her family and remain a lasting blessing for all who carry her in their hearts.The Family would like to thank Banner Main hospital, the Geriatric and ICU units for their care and compassion. They would also like to thank Hospice of the Valley for the care and assistance with Maria.
