Michael Foudy
Apr 12, 1951 — Jan 11, 2018
Marketing communications consultant, entrepreneur, political and social activist, Mike Foudy, passed away suddenly at the age of 66 on January 11, 2018. Mike was born and raised in Bisbee, Arizona and spent his young adult years working with his father on the family ranch. He was elected as Bisbee High School Vice President his senior year and graduated in 1969. Mike then went on to earn a Bachelor Degree in 1973 and a Juris Doctor Degree in 1976 from the University of Arizona. Writing a synopsis of all Mike accomplished during his life in the various career and social/political arenas of his life is difficult. It is his family’s hope that those of you who knew Mike will share your memories and experiences on this site.
He was predeceased by his parents, Michael J. Foudy and Olga Markovich Foudy and his sister, Elizabeth Foudy. He is survived by daughter Erin and grandson Altyn of Lyons, Colorado and former spouses Terry (nee Shield) of Tucson, Arizona and Dorothy Simmons of Asheville, North Carolina, as well as numerous cousins from the Foudy, O'Leary, Clinton, Markovich and Mandich families.
Mike will be remembered for his easy going nature, great sense of humor and insatiable curiosity about nearly everything.
Per his request, services will be private; however, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bisbee High School in Mike’s honor.
