Steven Wayne Snow

Jan 6, 1954 — Aug 2, 2026

With grateful hearts for a life well lived and steadfast faith in God's promises, we celebrate the life of Steven Wayne Snow, who entered the presence of his Lord and Savior on August 2, 2026, at the age of 72.

Steven was born on January 6, 1954, in Levelland, Texas, to J.L. Snow and Shirley Combrink.

From an early age, he developed a love of learning, adventure, and working with his hands—qualities that would define his life and career.

On February 4, 1978, Steven married the love of his life, Pamela. Together they built a marriage rooted in faith, love, commitment, and family, sharing more than 48 wonderful years together. Their greatest joy was raising their three sons: Stephen, Joshua, and Seth.

Steven treasured his role as "Papa" to his five beloved grandchildren: Shelby, Jemma, Sean, Jayden, and Jaxon. Whether sharing stories, teaching new skills, or setting off on another family adventure, he delighted in creating memories that will live on for generations.

Steven proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a Seabee Construction Mechanic Second Class (CM2). His military service reflected the values that guided his entire life—hard work, dedication, integrity, and a willingness to serve others.

A man of remarkable ability and endless curiosity, Steven enjoyed a diverse and accomplished career. He worked as a Power Plant Operator for Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, served as a Senior Geothermal Operator at The Geysers in Northern California, spent 21 years as an Energy Trader for Tucson Electric Power, and fulfilled a lifelong passion for aviation as the owner and operator of Windwalker Flight Instruction.

Steven had a deep love for flying airplanes and riding motorcycles. Whether soaring through the skies or traveling the open road, he embraced every opportunity for adventure. He especially loved sharing those experiences with family and friends.

More than his accomplishments, Steven will be remembered for his generous heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, patiently teach someone a new skill, or encourage those around him. Friends often said he would "give you the shirt off his back." His kindness, wisdom, and servant's heart touched countless lives.

Above all, Steven was a devoted Christian whose faith in Jesus Christ shaped the way he lived. His quiet example of love, generosity, and service reflected the hope he found in his Savior.

Steven is survived by his loving wife, Pamela; his sons Stephen, Joshua (Jenn), and Seth;

his cherished grandchildren Shelby, Jemma, Sean, Jayden, and Jaxon; and his sister, Sendy (Earl) Carrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.L. Snow and Shirley Combrink, and his brother, Scott Snow.

Though our hearts grieve his absence, we rejoice knowing that Steven has heard the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant." His legacy of faith, love, generosity, and unwavering devotion to his family will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." — 2 Timothy 4:7
