Theresa Polansky

Theresa R. Polansky found peace on August 29, 2014 in Tucson, AZ. She continues to love and protect as a caring mother to Sarah and Tyler, husband to Joe, daughter to Janice Mayes and Tom Son, step daughter to Bonnie Riepe and Wiliam Xanthos, to all of the friends that she has inspired, and the countless lives she has helped along the way. Theresa Ruth Son was born May 2, 1961 at Pomona Valley Hospital in Pomona, California. Her father picked her first name. Her middle name was Ruth after his mom. He remembers waiting at the hospital for her to be born, pacing the floor in the waiting room past midnight, looking through the hospital glass at her in her crib when she was first born in a room full of new babies. She was cute and small. Theresa is a caring soul. Her daughter Sarah is her best friend, but she always has time to lend an ear or helping hand to all that needed it. She puts others before herself whenever possible. Whether it is a warm smile, quick joke, spontaneous song, or a big hug, she never fails to show how much she cares.
