In Loving Memory of Gloria Montoya

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother Gloria Montoya, who left us on August 31, 2026, at the age of 89.

Gloria was truly full of life and love. She never met a stranger and had a beautiful way of making everyone around her feel welcomed and loved.

She was also always fashionable and took pride in looking her best. Her weekly trips to get her hair done were a must—because mom was never going to let an occasion pass without looking fabulous!

She loved to dance, go bowling on Saturday’s, go camping, and spend time with her family and friends.

She always enjoyed a good laugh, a good story, and, of course, a cold beer. Gloria knew how to have a good time and created memories that her family will now cherish forever.

Above all, Gloria loved her family. She leaves behind her daughters, Naomi (Bob) Bartolo, Pam (Gene) Sanches, and Celeste (Andrew) Rodriguez, and her son, Juan (Diana) Montoya, along with 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Gloria is now reunited with the love of her life, her beloved son, her mother and father, sisters, brother, and grandchildren whom she missed so dearly. We find comfort imagining them together again laughing, sharing stories, and welcoming Gloria home.

Though our hearts ache from losing her, her love will remain with us in every memory, every laugh, and every story we share.

So go dance, Mom. Go laugh with your loved ones. Enjoy that cold beer. And save us a place beside you.

Until we meet again, mom, you will be loved, missed, and remembered forever.
