In Loving Memory of Eric "Ricky" Cordova

Eric “Ricky” Cordova passed away unexpectedly on January 25, 2026, in his home in Lakewood, Colorado.

Ricky was born in Denver Colorado on September 15, 1964.  He is survived by his children; Eric Joe Cosper and Danielle Brooks Cordova.

Ricky was a son, brother, father, Navy veteran and a friend. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Christella and Joe Cordova, nephew Sean Cordova, brother Gary Cordova and life partner, Kathy Brooks.

Ricky was born an athlete. His love of sports allowed him to play naturally and effortlessly, always depicted as a fierce competitor.  This love of sports blossomed into coaching where he was able to watch his children play the sports he loved.  

Our father, brother and friend will be greatly missed. He will remain in our heart and memories forever.
