Betty Jane Kriske

Betty Jane Kriske, age 82, of Cloquet, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on February 9th, 2026.  During her final days, she was surrounded by the love and care of her family.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; her parents, Loretta and Amandus Immerfall; and her brother Duane Immerfall.  She is survived by her sister, Linda Leland (Dennis); her brother, Ronald Immerfall; her sister, Janet Anderson; and many nieces and nephews.

Betty enjoyed spending time with family, playing cards, and doing puzzles.  She enjoyed her plants, gardening, and always kept her home and yard looking beautiful.  She was an excellent baker.  To say her pies were the best is no understatement.   Her door was always open for family and friends.

Betty will be remembered for her quiet, yet unwavering strength, her kind spirit, her joyous laugh, and most of all for having a heart that made the world around her a brighter place. 

While our earthly attachments may be temporary, the love we gain through them lives eternally.

Betty’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Essentia Hospice team for providing excellent care and guidance throughout this difficult time.
