Bessie Dutcher

Bessie (Jane) Dutcher passed away peacefully at Cape Canaveral Hospital on September 4th 2026 at the age of 65.

She will lovingly remembered by her Daughters Samantha Devlin and Debra Jackson. Grandchildren - Summer Devlin, Ryleigh Moss, Layla Moss, Anthony Moss, Destiny Rice (Jarred), David Keener, Angela Goss and Will Goss. Great Grandchildren - Olivia Woodin, Oliver Woodin, Karter Allen and Keegan Allen. Siblings - Ed Goss and Arron Goss

She was truly an amazing woman! Those that knew her knows she had a rough exterior but a beautiful soul in the inside. She was always there for her family no matter what up until the very end. The impact that she has left will last forever. Showed that she went above and beyond for those she loved and showed how truly amazing she was. She will be forever and greatly missed!
