Lois Haas

Lois Diane (Parcell) Haas, 63, of Mims, FL, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on Saturday, December 31, 2011, at the Wuesthoff Hospice Center, Rockledge, FL. Lois is survived by her devoted husband, William Haas; her sister, Joyce Fleishmann, wife of Ronald Fleischmann, Mims, FL; and her son, Sean Secor and his wife, Elaine Secor, Wernersville, PA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Maraya, Angelo and Alessandra. Lois was a graduate of Stranahan High School, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and was last employed by Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, PA as a Payroll Clerk. Lois was an expert and avid gardener, and nothing brought a smile to her face more quickly than seeing her beautiful orchids come to life with their blooms…she also loved spending time with her family and friends at her childhood family shore home on Long Beach Island, NJ. Lois touched and impacted many lives and she will be deeply and greatly missed by her many cousins, and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Thursday, January 5th at 12:00 pm at the Mims United Methodist Church, 3302 Green Street, Mims, and a celebration of Lois's life immediately following at the North Brevard Shrine Club, 545 N. Washington Ave., Titusville. The family has suggested in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Lois D. Haas.
