He is preceded in death by his wife Marolyn (Kay) Carpenter Bennett, father Carl Bennett, mother Serena Pritt Bennett, brother Carlis Bennett, sister Geraldine (Jerry) Linger, sister Sharon (Sue) Peterson. He is survived by his daughter Cathy Bennett of Cocoa, FL, sister Nancy Bennett of Merritt Island, FL, brother Robert Bennett of St Cloud, FL, sister in law Roberta Bennett of St Cloud, FL, brother in law Paul Linger of Buckhannon, WV, sister in law Carolyn (Sue) Roper of Cocoa, FL, nieces Serena Peterson of Buckhannon, WV, Jennifer Herring of Indiana, PA, Cassandra Ware of Baker, LA, Cindy Bennett of St Cloud, FL, nephew Michael Carpenter and Michael's wife Vika Carpenter of Derby, UK, grand-niece Samantha Carpenter of Derby, UK, grand-niece Savannah Tozzolo of St Cloud, grand-niece Emily Herring of Indiana, PA, grand-nephew Ryan Herring of Indiana, PA, grand-nephew Dustin Peterson of Buckhannon, WV, and 4 great grand-nephews.
