Terri (Davis) Ritter

Terri (Davis) Ritter was born on November 18, 1951 in Jackson, Michigan to Robert Davis Sr. and Lucretia (Pat) Davis. Her family moved to Brevard County in the 1960’s. Terri is a 1969 graduate of Merritt Island High School. Terri worked in many different areas with Wal-Mart throughout her career and had many great friends and memories through those years. After retiring, she moved back to Merritt Island and was able to spend more time with her family. Her passions were visiting Disney with her children and grandchildren, watching her granddaughters dance and babysitting her grandsons; to cherish all the valuable moments with her family. She also loved to spend time with her sister, Tonia Patterson, and crafting. Sadly, after a brief illness, Terri passed away on May 15, 2017 with the loving care from the nurses and staff at the Dr. Jey Pillai Center for Hospice Care in Rockledge, FL. Terri is preceded in death by her father, Robert Davis Sr., her mother, Lucretia (Pat) Davis and her brothers, William & Richard Davis. Terri is survived by her sister, Tonia Patterson, her brother, Robert Davis Jr., her daughter, Jennifer (Ritter) Saunders and husband Barry, her son, Joshua Ritter and wife Catrina, and her grandchildren: Deanna, Abbey, Devin, Tristan & Jordan. There will be a memorial service held on Sunday, June 4th at 2:00pm at Hope United Church of Christ in Rockledge, FL. Friends and family are also invited to gather at a reception held by the church immediately following the service. Donations can be made in her memory to Hope United Church of Christ.
