Barbara "Grant" Terry

Barbara Grant Terry, 74, of Melbourne passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2010. She was born and raised in Winchester, TN and moved to Melbourne in 1972. She was a member of Oceanside Church of Christ and The Melbourne Church of Christ as well. She enjoyed researching family genealogy. She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed fishing with her husband, Jim. Barbara and Jim started Terry Corp. in 1973. They were proud owners until 1986. She was predeceased by her husband, James in 2002. She is survived by her children, Robert F. (Alitia) Terry, Pollye (Larry) Moroni, Stephen (Patricia) Terry, Jamie (Steve) Johnson; sister, Linda Grant (Dwight) Baker, and their children, Susan and David; grandchildren, Tammy, Nicole, Lorraine, Michael, Frank, Brian, Grant; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Beach Funeral Homes in Indian Harbour Beach, on Thursday June 3, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral service will begin at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be held privately.
