Bettina R. Muro

Bettina R. Muro, widow of Ernest A. Muro, ended her earthly journey on July 3, 2026, at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay. She was born in Newburgh, NY to Rosario and Philomena LoPresti.

Bettina received her B.S. degree from Fordham University and her M.S. degree in Biochemistry from Villanova University. She also earned her RN degree from St. Peters School of Nursing and spent more than thirty years providing care as a registered nurse. She will be lovingly remembered for endless dedication to her faith, family, and her profession of caring for the sick and suffering.

Predeceased by her son Ernest A. Muro, JR, she is survived by her four children, Charlene Ahmed, Jean Marie Graham, Gregory Muro, and Christopher Muro, as well as nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Bettina's Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Melbourne Beach.

 In lieu of flowers, donations to Immaculate Conception Church would be greatly appreciated.
