Dawn Elizabeth Jefferson

Dawn Elizabeth Jefferson, 65, died in her home on Friday, August 12, 2011. She was born in Sanford, FL to Van and Mary Jefferson. She worked as a retail manager most of her life, was an avid reader of mysteries and English history, loved going to NASCAR races, working in her yard, and for many years a Madame Alexander doll collector. She is survived by her mother, Mary and daughter, Mary Leigh of Indian Harbour Beach; brother William Dale (Juliana) Jefferson of China and their children, Elizabeth and Emily; also her grandchildren, Laura Gross of Melbourne and Jeff Gross of Palm Bay. Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Van and her nephew, William Matthew Jefferson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Satellite Beach Public Library. Services were held privately.
