Jean Ann Bienemann

Jean E. Bienemann, 81, of Satellite Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully of natural causes at home on August 9, 2026. Born on August 3,1945, in Baltimore, Maryland. Jean lived a life defined by boundless generosity, unwavering devotion, and a love that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Jean is predeceased by her parents John and Mary Edwards and her brother Tom Edwards, all of Towson, MD.

She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her beloved sisters, Sally Edwards and Molly Scannell, her dear friend, Jim Turinetti, and by the many cherished friends whose lives she touched.

Jean was a respected attorney who devoted more than 30 years in public service working for the State of Maryland, including as an Associate Commissioner for the Property and Casualty Division for the Maryland Insurance Administration, a position in which she made a lasting contribution to the state.

Jean was selfless and loving who always put others before herself. Throughout her life, she had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel like a friend, truly living by the belief that she had “never met a stranger.” Her warmth, grace, and genuine kindness touched everyone she encountered and left a lasting impression on all who knew and loved her.

Those who knew Jean often remarked that she was beautiful inside and out. Jean’s life was a testament to the power of love, faith, and selfless giving. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.

In keeping with Jean’s wishes, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
