Susan B. Kabana, West Melbourne, FL. 51, passed away, Wednesday, August 18, 2010. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and Indian Harbour Beach, FL. After living some time in the Alvin, TX area, she then returned to Brevard County for 16 years. Susan was a parishioner of Holy Name of Jesus where she was the Assistant to the Director of Religious Education for many years. Susan is currently a parishioner at Holy Family Catholic Church. She was a Certified Municipal Clerk for the Town of Malabar and participated in the Brevard County League of Cities Organization. She also volunteered for various charitable organizations.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony & Shirley Bossman. She is survived by her husband, Thomas; children, Amanda and Lucas Kilian; step-children, Sara, Krista and Katie Kabana; siblings, Jim, Michael & David Bossman. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elisabeth and Rosario Cerami, III; uncle Larry Bossman, and an extended family in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Breast Cancer Awareness at www.nationalbreastcancer.org/donate/.
Viewings will be held at Beach Funeral Homes, 4999 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, Florida on Monday August 23, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Requiem High Mass will be held at The Holy Family Traditional Roman Catholic Church, Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
