Teri Sue Marcus

Teri passed away peacefully on the morning of Friday, August 21, 2026, in Palm Bay, Florida.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Teri moved with her family to Florida in the 1970s and spent the majority of her life in Altamonte Springs. She graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.

Teri built a highly successful career in sales and marketing, rising through the ranks at multiple companies, most notably Nabisco. A talented marketing and branding professional, she managed one of the company’s largest regions and worked with some of the nation’s most recognizable brands and organizations, including Disney, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, and Publix. She had a natural understanding of branding, presentation, and what made people and products stand out.

That same sense of style carried into Teri’s personal life. She had a love for fashion and clothing and a distinctive sense of style that was unmistakably her own. Outside of her career, she especially enjoyed boating, spending time at the beach, and being near the water.

Teri was preceded in death by her parents, Elton and Fran, and her brother, Greg. She is survived by her children, Mariah and Logan; her brothers, David and Elton Benjamin; her sister, Debi; and her dear best friend, Alix. She will be remembered by those who knew and loved her for the life she lived, the career she built, her distinctive personality and style, and the many memories she leaves behind.

No formal services will be held. Teri’s family will remember and celebrate her life privately.
