William A. Marcum

William A. Marcum, 86, of Satellite Beach passed away, November 30, 2010. He was born in Cincinnati, OH to Maybelle and George Marcum. He moved to Brevard County in 1963. William served his country honorably in the US Air Force and retired in 1968. Shortly after he began teaching in the Brevard County school system, retiring in 1986. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Norma; son, William D. (Bonnie J.) Marcum of Valrico, FL; daughter, Debra (James) Schmidt of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, William D. Marcum, Jr., Lindsey M. Marcum, Michael R. Schmidt and Brian J. Schmidt; sister, Joyce Fitzpatrick of Canton, GA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Jenson. Services will be held privately.
